We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few working days through your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs
